Senior Workforce Data Analyst

The Department of Government Services (DGS) was established to streamline services and digitize systems for the Victorian government.
This role is crucial for the data compilation project required for their new SuccessFactors HCM system, ensuring seamless workforce reporting processes across DGS and its customers.
In this role you can expect to have the responsibilities:
Engage with various stakeholders to meet data needs for HCM platform implementation.
Lead and support workforce data aspects of the HCM project, including design, testing, and change impact assessments.
Retrieve, analyze, cleanse, and transform workforce data from various sources for upload into SuccessFactors HCM.

Strong data analytical skills Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) systems Proven ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders Expertise in workforce data practices and reporting methodologies You would benefit from having:
Experience with SuccessFactors HCM Ability to work in a fast-paced and complex environment This position requires candidates to have relevant work rights in Australia.
Successful candidates will need to complete a Pre-employment Declaration and Consent Form, and employment will be subject to a National Police Check.
