Work in a multi-stakeholder environment to facilitate the definition and documentation of requirements to understand and deliver solutions that provide value to the relevant stakeholders.About UsHealthdirect Australia is a government-owned, not-for-profit organisation who works with purpose and dedication to help Australians actively manage and improve their health.Our virtual services are easily accessible via multiple channels, including helplines, video call solutions, apps and websites and cater for Australians at all stages of life, ranging from practical and emotional support during pregnancy through to advice about aged care and helping Australians through the COVID-19 pandemic.About the OpportunityThe Business Analyst plays an important role working in a multi-stakeholder environment to facilitate the definition and documentation of requirements to understand and deliver solutions that provide value to the relevant stakeholders.This role will assist a more senior business analyst in supporting one of our most important and complex services.
This role will suit individuals that have worked within highly matrixed stakeholder environments that include multi-vendor, government and internal external operations and technology teams.What We're Looking For2-5 years of business analysis experienceProven working experience in rapid deploymentsExperience in using JIRA and ConfluenceExperienced in agile project methodology2-5 years producing and documenting processes and proceduresContact centre experience including telephony, CRM and integrations (desirable)Why Work With UsWe believe our strength comes from our talented and dedicated staff.
