Business Process Analyst/ Business Analyst

Our Client is a Tier 1 client in the Financial Services sector.
They are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst / Business Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 12-month contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for working across Records Management and Risk, helping to drive the implementation of a new system and new ways of working.
Responsibilities : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, objectives, and challenges.
Analyze and map current business processes, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
Develop and document functional and non-functional requirements for new and existing systems.
Work with unstructured records documents and target operating models to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in the design and implementation of new processes and systems.
Provide training and support to staff on the use of new systems and processes.
Analyze and assess the effectiveness of existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement process improvement plans.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure that all processes and systems comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements : 6- 8 years of experience in Business Analysis / Business Process Analysis.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification – A MUST Experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
Strong understanding of process improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
