About the role:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Casual Prepack Administrator/Dept Support.
This is a great opportunity to develop and learn from a close and supportive team and become an integral part of our company.
The role will enjoy interactions across all departments and support the managers to achieve their daily objectives.
This role will encompass administrative work as well as hands-on support to other departments.
There will also be the opportunity to fill in for other staff members in other departments as required.
Availability to work weekends is required for this casual role.
The Role Involves:
General administration duties and compliance paperwork logs to ensure compliance and accurate record keeping Working in our Prepack rooms and other departments as required Review and collate daily orders Determine quantity of labels required for the day and print as required Monitor and update suppliers' portals as required Check emails for orders and general communications Accurate record keeping and filing as required Provide updates and reports as required Assist supervisor and dispatch team as required to create efficient operations Processing, rostering of staff and general admin functions as prescribed.
Provide support for rostering and attendance Answer incoming phone calls and accurate message taking Update promotional calendars and boards Updates to markets Communication with management and suppliers as directed Transport reports and coordination to ensure timely deliver and pick-ups as required About You:
Previous administrative experience preferred A naturally engaging communication style Organised and self-motivated with a can-do attitude Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment The ability to problem solve.
