Overall Panels is a family-owned automotive smash repair business based in Coburg North.
At Overall, we pride ourselves on our dedicated team who strive for excellence in our repair quality, customer service, and friendly work environment.
We service all major insurers, fleet, and private customers covering small to large repair work.
We pride ourselves on our supportive nature with dealing with our customers as if they are family, whether repairs are due to an accident or their vehicles have been stolen.
A position has become available for an Automotive Workshop Floor Manager.
With a modern facility and great team, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead an already successful business and a great team of people.
As Site Manager, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management of our team and daily operations of the facility and maintaining the high standards of repair and the culture of our business through strong, positive, and supportive leadership.
Responsibilities: Quality assurance checks of vehicles prior to being handed back to customers Maintain relationships with our suppliers Manage and support our team of skilled panel beaters, painters, assemblers, mechanics, and workshop support staff Ensure vehicles are repaired safely to pre-accident or theft conditions in a timely manner Lead our team with positivity and support personal growth and development Efficiently manage volume and resources to ensure a profitable and sustainable future Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards Provide a safe environment for all staff, customers, and visitors Conduct regular team meetings to address any challenges and discuss improvement opportunities Requirements: As a successful Site Manager with the Overall family, you must be able to demonstrate:
Positive leadership to maintain a high level of workshop morale Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work autonomously and in a team environment Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and direct approach Attention to detail and the ability to think analytically The ability to delegate responsibilities and manage accountability Collaborate and communicate effectively At Overall Panels, we understand that the success of our business relies on the success and morale of our team.
