The Opportunity This is an exciting leadership role for a visionary professional ready to reimagine talent acquisition at our university and spearhead the implementation of our new recruitment system.
As the Associate Director, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and onboard exceptional talent across our academic and professional positions.
This is a key role in the Office for People, where you'll help shape the strategies that attract and onboard the exceptional people driving our success.
You'll have the opportunity to innovate, refine processes, and make a real impact by ensuring we're appointing the best to help us be our best.
You'll take the lead on creating fresh, dynamic talent acquisition strategies, partnering with leaders across the University to build a workforce that reflects our commitment to excellence and diversity.
You'll oversee the entire recruitment journey, from sourcing to onboarding, and use data, technology, and your expertise to ensure we deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.
Along the way, you'll be building and mentoring a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
About You If you're passionate about people and have a skill for spotting talent, this is the role for you.
You will need to demonstrate a significant career in talent acquisition with a particular focus on leading TA transformation.
You'll have a Business, HR, Psychology, or equivalent degree, and a proven track record as a leader who inspires people, builds relationships, and savvy with evidence-based decision making and insights.
Experience with the latest recruitment tech, AI, and a commitment to creating inclusive hiring practices will set you apart.
