In this diverse role, you will enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day with the support of a strong team of healthcare professionals.
Providing occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, and supporting them to achieve positive outcomes.
Your duties will include: Case management;Applying your clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes;Working with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs;Collaborating with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals;Completing a variety of assessments using your clinical and discipline specific allied health skills.You'll be a driven and energetic professional with the following qualifications:
Tertiary qualification in Psychology;Provision Professional Registration with AHPRA;Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry is preferred;Excellent communication skills;Compassion and empathy;Well-developed time management skills;A current valid Driver's License and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.Every day, we seek better together, for our clients, our customers, our community, and each other.
