You'll also be surrounded by a down-to-earth team of reliable, friendly, hard-working people - it's not all hugs and roses, but we take your physical and mental health seriously.You'll make an impact by:Using your sound planning and organizational skills to get the job doneUsing your experience and knowledge to do the best work you can doTaking pride in the work you do and being an important member of a hard-working team.What you'll bringTo succeed as a Trades Assistant, you will have experience in:Working with heavy equipment, use of various hand tools, general maintenance, and installations on sitesAssisting the tradespeople with their equipment and tooling needsOperation of EWP's 11m and aboveTo succeed as a Grouter, you will have experience in:Forming, mixing, pouring, and cutting cementous and epoxy groutInstallation and application of remediation products and protective coatingsEpoxy repairsPatching up and dressing concrete surfacesIdeally, you will also have:A valid C Class Drivers' Licence as a minimumWorking at Heights, Confined Space, and Elevated Work Platform ticketsConstruction CardA strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and part of a teamWillingness to obtain a National Police Check and undergo a pre-employment medicalSo, what can you expect from a career with us?Work.
