Key Responsibilities: Main Reception & Practice / Secretarial Working as part of an administration team to support a large group of doctors dailyRotating duties of front reception Day Hospital reception, rotating early and late shifts.Answering telephone calls and responding to enquiriesProcess patient admission to the hospital, check private healthcare details and collecting excess and co-pays as required.Collecting funds for NIL / Overseas patients at completion of their appointment.Welcoming patients, collecting, and entering personal details and referrals are up to date.Ensuring patients details are checked and updated on a regular basisEnsuring that patients arrivals are marked and manage wait room functions for both medical practice and day hospital as neededOrganise theatre/hospital bookings in CHARM & TotalCare booking systems.Liaise with patient admission teams in regard to change of treatments and eligibility.Maintaining and managing patient informationSupporting Icon's WHS Officers and committees to effectively carry out their responsibilities.Modelling and promoting Icon's vision and values.About Icon Cancer Centre – Australia and New Zealand
