We currently have an opportunity for a passionate individual to join our team as Recruitment Advisor within our Transition to Work contract.
The Role - A Day in the Life of a Recruitment Advisor As a Recruitment Advisor you will be working closely with employers, employer groups and industry to market ETC's services across employment, training and community.
This includes reverse marketing TtW Participants to employers to obtain sustainable employment.
It also involves brokering vacancies and traineeships within the local area to obtain job and work experience opportunities, in order to achieve ETC's business and contractual objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities will include: Providing high level personalised support and service to our customersActively promoting ETC's services to local industry, employers and jobseekersSeeking opportunities to increase business opportunities through employment and trainingAchieve agreed objectives and targetsDevelop and maintain relationships with employers and industry to understand and respond to employer needs within the local labour marketCriteria for Success Customer service skills and/or experienceExceptional communication skillsA high level of computer literacyAbility to meet monthly KPI targetsA passion for helping othersA current, clear National Police CheckA current Working With Children Check / QLD Blue CardWhy work for ETC We pride ourselves on offering a positive work culture and environment for employees to achieve their best.
