MSS Security are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our team on a permanent part-time basis (3 days a week).
Your duties will include:
Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy of details (vendor information, amounts, payment terms, etc) Process new vendor accounts, checking and verifying with our external platform, then setting up on our system Preparing bulk payment runs for all entities Approving expense items and corporate card transactions Respond to vendor enquiries and resolve payment-related issues Assist with month-end processes Supporting the finance team with ad hoc requests, as required Skills & experience

Proven experience in a full function Accounts Payable role Qualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be highly regarded Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills and communication skills Ability to work autonomously and in a team How to apply
