Your duties will include:Process incoming invoices and ensure accuracy of details (vendor information, amounts, payment terms, etc)Process new vendor accounts, checking and verifying with our external platform, then setting up on our systemPreparing bulk payment runs for all entitiesApproving expense items and corporate card transactionsRespond to vendor enquiries and resolve payment-related issuesAssist with month-end processesSupporting the finance team with ad hoc requests, as requiredSkills & experienceProven experience in a full function Accounts Payable roleQualifications in Accounting, Finance, or a related field will be highly regardedIntermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)Strong attention to detail, time management, organisational skills and communication skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a teamHow to applyMSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
