This is a recruitment pool for a Permanent and Fixed Term Full-Time, Part-Time Appointments.
Fixed Term appointments have the possibility of extension(s) and/or permanency.
Suitable applicants will be placed in a pool from which appointments may be made when similar vacancies occur until 29 December 2025 .
What is our Senior Project Officer role?
Project coordination - undertaking project planning, procurement and management.
Lease and contract management coordination.
Grounds maintenance oversight and related planning coordination.
Stakeholder liaison, meetings and negotiations associated with the above and generally, as required.

A statement of no more than 2 pages addressing the following selection criteria in the context of the role and its responsibilities; Demonstrated experience in achieving project outcomes within defined timelines against agreed performance standards with minimal direction.
Demonstrated high level written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Experience in research, analytical and problem-solving, including the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team, including an ability to be adaptable and flexible in a work environment subject to competing priorities and change and where necessary work with minimal supervision.
Eligibility to Apply: Australian citizenship or permanent residency is an essential requirement for applicants to be considered for permanent positions in the public sector.
To be eligible for a fixed term appointment you must have documentary evidence of your entitlement to live and work in Australia for the period of the contract.
