Competitive salary and site uplift paid on FIFO roster.Variety of interesting projects across civil engineering sector.Subsidised private health benefits.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Access to an employee benefit scheme offering discounts on goods and services.The opportunity to join a growing business that is part of a recognised, industry-leading group.The opportunity to make an impact with a growing company.Skills and Qualifications: Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering.Minimum of five years working in civil, structural or earthworks (detailed and bulk projects) in a Project Engineer role.Excellent working knowledge of concrete structure construction and detailed/bulk earthworks for resources clients.Proven competence in planning, managing, tracking, and reporting progress of civil projects.Exposure to resource-sector projects is desirable.Ability to undertake a 2:1 FIFO site-based roster essential.Strong drive to deliver and support site management team in project execution phase.Ensure project objectives are met in terms of schedule, cost and technical performance.Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.For people joining us, the possibilities are endless.
