About the role: The Manager Workforce Services leads, manages, and develops a successful and productive workforce team and ensures activities are aligned to PathWest's purpose and objectives, is outcome and solution focussed and provides accurate Human Resource (HR) advice and services.
This role provides strategic advice on workforce management, human resources, organisational reform, and planning; and partners with Executive and Senior Management to ensure effective management of people and change.
You will also ensure PathWest Workforce management, HR practices and planning processes are congruent with the whole-of-health governance framework and meet all compliance & accountability requirements.
