With a vast range of both single and double storey designs on offer, Burbank has a design to suit every Australian's lifestyle and budget.About the RoleBurbank has an exciting opportunity available for a dedicated Building Supervisor to join the Construction team in Brisbane Area. In this role you'll have access to an encouraging and supportive Construction Manager, strong IT systems and support, and a high performing and experienced office-based support team.You will be empowered to manage your allocated sites and deliver high quality Burbank homes and a smooth and engaging customer experience. The role will have you doing the following but not limited to:Supervising all work carried out on allocated sitesDirecting progress of stages and monitor compliance with construction documentsInterpreting building plans and adhering to regulations and codes of practiceNegotiating with sub-contractors and scheduling work on siteArranging supplies of materials and equipment and verifying deliveryMaintaining and updating Click HomeCompleting quality assurance inspectionsMonitoring and controlling ETS spendingAbout You• Comparable volume building supervisory experience• Tertiary qualification in building and construction or similar discipline• Click experience (preferred)• Excellent communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail• A vibrant, approachable and positive personality with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team• An aptitude for project management and be technically minded.• A White cardWhy Burbank?Burbank offers an attractive base salary, with plenty of benefits including discounts on house and land purchase, paid parental leave, annual wellness day and MUCH more In addition to this, you will have the opportunity to work in a great team culture with a manager who will support your personal and career growth.As a team, we are bold with ideas and operate with pace and passion, always looking for better ways to delight our customers.
