About the role :
We're looking for a dynamic, people-focused leader to head up a newly created team that will redefine what an administrative team can be.
This isn't your standard desk-bound admin role – it's an exciting new way of working together, collaborating, and delivering great outcomes.

You'll lead a talented team of 18, ensuring they are deployed effectively across the university's most critical priorities.
But it's more than just managing resources – it's about motivating, energising, and supporting your people to do their best work (especially during those high-pressure moments).
You'll work closely with other leaders to balance productivity and delivery while keeping the vibe high and morale even higher.
In this role, you'll be mobilising the team to deliver innovative student success outcomes.

As a Senior Coordinator, Student Outcomes Resourcing, you will :
Team Leadership: Inspiring, mentoring, and supporting a team of 18 amazing individuals.
Resource Allocation: Strategically assigning people to projects and priorities to ensure maximum impact.
Collaboration: Partnering with leaders across the division to understand demand requirements and align resources.
Morale-Boosting: Keeping your team energised and motivated, even when things get busy.
New Ways of Working: Driving a collaborative and flexible work culture that's a game-changer for the university.
To be successful, you'll have :
A love for leading and inspiring people.
The ability to think strategically about resource management.
A knack for juggling competing priorities and delivering results.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience in motivating teams and driving collaboration.
While this role is within a university, we know that resource leadership and people management skills are transferable
