This entails ensuring booking schedules are accurate, overseeing campaign delivery for sport partnerships, optimisation, and post-analysis. You will work collaboratively with the sport sales team & the sport partnerships team to support key partnerships across all of Foxtel's key sporting properties.You will need to demonstrate strong communication skills and have a clear understanding of Fox Sports & Kayo USPs, business units, internal and external stakeholders due to their regular interaction with Foxtel Media agencies and customers.Manage day to day requests from key sport partners within your patch of clients.Report and analyse partnership campaign activities weekly, providing actionable insights, data patterns and trends.Work closely with TV and Digital booking teams to ensure campaigns are accurately running and delivering on goals, looking for ways to optimise campaigns when required.Manage the day-to-day relationship with the advertising agencies and internal stakeholders.Work closely with the Sports Partnerships team to contribute to the setup and management of sponsorship Integration.Ensure partnership booking schedules are accurate.Keep track of budget pacing and optimise budget and bids towards set targets.Coordinate data generation and reporting - revenue dashboard, Nielsen share reporting, TVBS, GAM and manage accurate forecasts and revenue reporting, tracking revenue against targets.Contribute to and make suggestions for process improvement activities.Understand the market and industry in which Foxtel Sport operates, including identifying risks and opportunities while ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations.Skills and Experiences We're Looking ForA passion and good understanding of sports.Experience working in a fast-paced environment.Skills in prioritisation and time management.Technical understanding and capability including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel is ideal).Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and ability to escalate to managers when required.About UsAustralia's original cable TV innovator has evolved into a technology-led streaming powerhouse that's transforming how Australians watch the world around them and connect with one another.
