Improve our use of data to inform and enhance our decision-making processes.Ownership and expertise. Be the single-threaded owner and end-to-end expert on the customer journey and sportsbook experience.Strategic leadership. Drive processes, strategy, tactics, and research to identify and solve the right problems for our customers.Stakeholder relationships and alignment. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration.Product clarity and direction. Develop and maintain a clear and compelling product direction, communicating its progress and changes over time.Development readiness. Lead processes and tasks to solve customer problems leading up to development readiness. Collaborate closely with engineering to create development plans, specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.Discovery process. Enhance our discovery process, fostering an environment of deep thinking and problem understanding for better outcome planning.Innovation and experimentation. Foster a culture of innovation by embracing experimentation on ideas that you believe can win.Go to market strategy. Elevate our go to market strategies and experiences, ensuring we deliver exceptional experiences to our customers.Mentorship and development.
