As our pipeline of work grows, we are seeking a Senior Associate – Project Management to join our growing water team in Sydney and be part of our growing national water business.
Our highly dynamic team of project managers (PMs) require another quality problem solver to join our ranks.
In this role, you will work directly with clients to manage and lead a variety of exciting projects in collaboration with our talented team.

This role offers:
The opportunity to lead projects and deliver high-quality work in direct communication with our clients.
Work across the entire project life cycle from business case development through to design, procurement, construction, and operation.
Access to industry-leading specialists across the Water sector.
Partner and engage with industry stakeholders.
An opportunity to mentor and guide junior-intermediate PMs.
You will have an interest and experience working on Water/Wastewater projects and you will have been exposed to a range of engineering and professional services disciplines over time.
About you
You will be seeking fulfilment in autonomy, career flexibility, and working for a business that can provide purpose and relevance in what you do.
With outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence and drive successful project outcomes for the business and our valuable clients, you will have gained experience working in a consulting environment delivering projects as part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-office project team.
The ideal candidate will possess proven project management delivery and leadership capabilities to successfully deliver projects.
Furthermore, you will have a passion to develop and mentor junior and intermediate team members and the drive to pursue core and growth opportunities in our focused markets.
To be considered for this opportunity you will require:
Well-developed understanding and capabilities of project management principles with the ability to lead projects across various sectors.
Exceptional communication skills with an ability to build relationships both externally and internally.
An appropriate tertiary qualification aligned to project management and/or engineering.
A positive and tenacious attitude with an ability to make things happen and alignment with our company purpose to "Make Everyday Better".
Furthermore, due to the nature and sensitivity of the projects and our client, it is highly desirable that you hold (or possess the ability to obtain) a current Australian Government Security Clearance at Baseline level or higher, for which you will require Australian Citizenship.
