Vice President Engineering - Energy ResourcesSkip to contentWe have an exciting opportunity for a Vice President Engineering to join the Engineering Team in Perth In this role, you will effectively provide Leadership and oversight of the Energy and Resources (E&R) Engineering team.The role includes the ongoing refinement and implementation of the E&R strategy which is focused on:Provision of high-quality process led design capability to support the company's internal projects from a design, technical compliance and governance perspective.Provision of design services to external clients.Support to internal stakeholders including bidding and operations.Management of external design providers.Who we areWebuild in Australia is comprised of Webuild, Clough and e2o. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementProject Oversight: Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standardsTechnical Guidance: Provide expert guidance on engineering practices, standards, and technologies. Stay abreast of industry trends and innovations to ensure competitive advantageResource Allocation: Manage engineering resources effectively, including staffing, budgeting, and equipment. Optimize resource utilization to enhance productivityRisk Management: Identify potential risks in engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standardsClient Engagement: Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
