We are proudly partnering with a family-owned growing NDIS service with 2 clinics in Melbourne currently, focusing on Paediatrics.
As they expand into Adelaide, they are looking for a clinician who can take on existing referrals in the northern suburbs as a Community OT, with the full support of a Melbourne-based leadership team.
While this role will initially be 100% community-based, they will be opening an office in the northern suburbs and growing the team over the next year, ideally making this role the Adelaide Senior.
Key areas of the role are:
Working closely with community-based participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goals.
Conducting home and community assessments, making home modification and assistive technology recommendations.
Participating in individual and group-wide professional development initiatives.
Working with participants across SIL properties.
Partnering with the Melbourne leadership team to assist in building SA services.
There are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career as the SA team grows, and you'll have excellent support from the Melbourne leadership team.
The successful candidate will have:
Current general registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rights.
Minimum of 12-18 months experience.
Strong passion for working with NDIS participants across the full age range (specialisations can be accommodated as the team grows).
Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k-$95k + super + vehicle allowance.
