As they expand into Adelaide, they are looking for a clinician who can take on existing referrals in the northern suburbs as a Community OT, with the full support of a Melbourne-based leadership team.
While this role will initially be 100% Community based, they will be opening an office in the northern suburbs and growing the team over the next year, ideally making this role the Adelaide Senior.Key areas of the role are:Working closely with community-based participants and their care team, providing therapeutic OT services and helping clients achieve desired goalsConducting home and community assessments, making home mod and AT recommendationsParticipating in individual and group-wide professional development initiativesWorking with participants across SIL propertiesPartnering with Melbourne leadership team to assist in building SA servicesThere are outstanding opportunities to further develop your career as the SA team grows, and you'll have outstanding support from the Melbourne leadership team.The successful candidate will have:Current general registration with AHPRA as an OT and full working rightsMinimum of 12 - 18 + months experienceStrong passion for working with NDIS participants across the full age range (specializations can be accommodated as the team grows)Salary can be negotiated based on experience, ideally between $80k - $95k + super + vehicle allowance.
