You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer-focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will also build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.Duties include but are not limited to:Monitor and operate CCTV and radio communications systemLiaise with Police and Emergency Response ServicesMonitor and operate access control systemProcess camera footage requests as per client's proceduresRespond to customer and staff after-hour callsMaintain security measures to prevent unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, destruction or accidental loss of recorded informationAssist client as required in the management of emergency situationsUndertake daily maintenance checks on all cameras and communication equipmentSkills & ExperienceCertificate II in Security OperationsQLD Security Licence – Unarmed Security Officer and Monitoring Security OfficerCurrent First Aid and CPR certificateCurrent Drivers LicenceHave an advanced level of proficiency in all Microsoft applicationsHave unrestricted availability to work on a 24/7 rosterIf you are interested in joining the security industry but do not hold a qualification or licence, please take the time to consider our Scholarship Program.
