Ventia has been awarded a new four-year contract by Seqwater to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumentational services across its water network.
Ventia will provide services across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

The Maintenance Engineering Manager provides strategic & operational management to the Engineering and Maintenance function operating under the Seqwater Collaborative Asset Services contract.
This position will provide leadership and support with a focus on improving operational efficiencies, moving from reactive response to proactive preventative maintenance and towards a data driven condition-based maintenance regime across all Seqwater assets.
The position will drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify and implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.

To be successful in the role of Maintenance Engineering Manager, you should have the following skills and experience:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.
Proven Financial, Cost Control and Business Management literacy Proven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management role Demonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and direct reports Demonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management and all levels of the project delivery team Diversity
