Ventia has been awarded a new four-year contract by Seqwater to deliver preventative, corrective, and reactive maintenance along with electrical, mechanical and instrumentational services across its water network.
Ventia will provide services across 35 water treatment plants, 95 pump stations and 26 referable dams.

This position will provide leadership and support with a focus on improving operational efficiencies, moving from reactive response to proactive preventative maintenance and towards a data driven condition-based maintenance regime across all Seqwater assets.
The position will drive continuous improvement opportunities and identify and implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or Project Management with significant mechanical or electrical trades experience.Proven Financial, Cost Control and Business Management literacyProven track record in a Maintenance Engineering Management roleDemonstrated ability to develop excellent working relationships with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and direct reportsDemonstrated ability to influence and engage with senior client personnel, management and all levels of the project delivery teamDiversity Ventia is enriched by the diverse experiences, talents and cultures that our people bring to the organisation, while celebrating and respecting the communities we operate in.
