Business Unit Manager - Surgical Devices ANZ Our client is a highly reputable and market-leading medical devices multinational.
It's a tier 1 company and one of the best brands in the industry
A unique opportunity has opened up to lead one of their franchises (surgical implants) as Business Unit Manager ANZ - you will be responsible for managing the full ANZ P&L as well as the local sales team as second line manager.
The role oversees other functions such as marketing, RA/QA, and finance as part of a matrix structure and per dotted line.
This company is looking for an experienced, dynamic, hands-on, and successful business leader to take and transition this successful business from its market-leading position to further strength.
We are looking for a strong and true sales leader who has a wealth of people leadership experience as well as experience driving positive commercial outcomes.
Other focus areas are to drive commercial agreements with key customers, NPIs, KOL development, and collaborating with key organizations in the healthcare space.
Your engaging leadership style and stakeholder management skills and hands-on approach will be valued.

In order to excel in this role you will have:
Min of 3 years as GM, Business Unit Manager, or Country Manager in the surgical space A strong sales leadership background and experience managing sales managers Strong and current experience within the Australian surgical devices hospital market A proven track record of high performance in a large multinational A highly strategic and pro-active as well as agile approach to work A highly engaging leadership style and clear communication skills Have the proven ability to partner with internal stakeholders to drive business results Be highly professional and ethical in your dealings MBA or similar qualifications This is a truly exceptional opportunity to work in an emotive and highly rewarding area.
