Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Elite Supps is Australia's leading and fastest growing health and sports supplement store.
With a strong e-commerce presence and over 100 retail stores across the country, we help hundreds of thousands of individuals to achieve their health and fitness goals.
About the role: As the Key Account Manager, you are required to cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key retail clients, understanding their sales objectives and aligning them with our consumer goods offerings.
Devise strategic account plans to achieve sales targets, increase market share, and deliver top-notch service to key clients.
What we're looking for: Continuous Learning and Development Adaptability and Resilience Time and Resource Management Data Analysis and Decision-Making Strong business and customer relationships at senior executive levels within your specialty Food & Beverage sector of expertise.
Proven experience in FMCG sales, channel management, territory management, key account management.
Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales growth, distribution, and promotional objectives.
Identify new business opportunities and implement tailored strategies to meet annual sales and profit targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and category teams to deliver customer-focused solutions and maximize return on investment.
Negotiate pricing, trading terms, and promotional activities to enhance value for customers.
Maintain a deep understanding of the market, including industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Achieve or exceed sales budgets and KPIs, contributing to the overall success of Elite Supplements.
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to support business planning and long-term growth strategies.
Complete all administration and reporting tasks accurately and on time.
About you: 5+ years in a sales role (Channel rep, Territory manager, where they were required to report into a team or have one direct report (line manager)) FMCG experience Strong analytical and data skills Confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships Strong time management and organisational skills Resilient, driven and determined to succeed Experience in Managing and Developing People is highly regarded Tertiary qualification preferable within business-related field This is a full-time role working from our office in Hume, ACT.
Hybrid or working remotely may be considered.
