Description Leading a small and target-oriented team, the Transactional Team Leader oversees their day-to-day activities, ensuring all transactional processes and controls are delivered within agreed KPIs and team morale is maintained.
The role includes problem solving, reconciliations, process management, and team building.
Key Responsibilities Apply the Breedon values: "show you care, make it happen, strive to improve, keep it simple"Monitor ongoing processes: invoicing, crediting, cash allocationMonitor controls and checksUnallocated cash KPI reportingOversee direct debit collectionsComplex account reconciliationsBad debt write-offInternal auditProvide guidance and support to the Transactional teamIdentify and implement process improvementsImplement departmental policies, procedures, and quality/service standardsCover for team sickness and holidaysEnsure month-end deadlines are metLiaise with management and the wider team regarding issues, progress, and processesPerform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the line managerSkills, Knowledge & Expertise ReliableStrong background in financeCustomer service experienceExperience of leading a teamStrong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
