DescriptionTo excel in this role, you'll need to be an excellent team player, enjoy working to tight deadlines and following processes.
Working within a large, close-knit team of dedicated professionals, your role is to play a key part in the robust collections process whilst bringing new ideas.
As our next Credit Controller at Breedon Group, you'll be an integral part of the team to ensure cash targets are met, reducing risk to the business, and supporting commercial growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesCash collectionManagement of sales ledger accountsRecording of all communications using a bespoke collections systemWeekly collections forecastingRisk analysisRegular liaison with sales teamProblem solvingComplex reconciliationsWorking towards and understanding given targetsMonitoring of overtradingManagement of credit limitsProvide holiday cover for team membersQuery loggingBankingOther duties as requested by line managerSkills, Knowledge & ExpertiseMust be able to demonstrate a high level of written and numerical literacyMust have good negotiation skills, and have the ability to work under pressure to strict deadlinesMust be able to clearly communicate financial mattersMust be CICM level 2 / studying towards CICM level 3 #J-18808-Ljbffr
