Encouraging work-life balance, while fostering a supportive culture.Job DescriptionYour main job duties will include:Accounts PayableSupplier Invoices & Credit Card ReceiptsReview all supplier invoices for accuracyEnsure all supplier invoices are processed with the highest level of detailSend weekly supplier invoice report to Financial Controller for reviewCredit CardsReconcile balance sheet accounts to bank facility statementAll credit cards to be fully reconciled to the end of the billing statement date by EOM day 5Weekly Supplier Pay runPrepare and process the supplier pay run weeklySend payable reports to financial controller for approval, and detail any cash flow requirementsAccounts ReceivableSales invoicesPrepare and issue customer sales invoicesFollow customer's various AP processes, to ensure our sales invoices are processed efficiently and there are no hold upsPrepare a weekly debtor report, to be reviewed by the financial accountBank ReconciliationMatching credit card receipts to bank statement linesOther TasksReview Trade Creditor listingReview trade debtor listing, following up overdue amounts with customersReconcile statement accountsReconcile balance sheet accounts to sub-ledger account (receivables, payables and credit cards)Assist the team with other financial related tasks and reconciliations when neededThe Successful ApplicantProven experience working across AP/AR in a small teamExposure to XERO & working in a fast-paced environment is idealStrong understanding of accounting principles and practicesExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and account reconcilingExceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal/external stakeholdersWhat's on OfferCompetitive salaryFlexible workingSupportive work environmentNearby public transport & free parking#J-18808-Ljbffr
