They are dedicated to crafting exceptional homes and providing a collaborative, supportive environment for their team.THE ROLE:Our client is looking for a skilled and motivated Office Account Manager to join their dynamic team in inner Melbourne. This role is ideal for someone ready to drive and grow with a thriving construction business, supporting daily office operations while managing accounts and financial processes with precision. Working full-time in the office, you'll be part of a small, close-knit team focused on achieving great results together.RESPONSIBILITIES:Oversee day-to-day accounting functions and maintain accurate financial recordsManage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliation processesPrepare financial reports and support budgeting processesCollaborate with project teams to track costs and ensure alignment with budgetsAssist in streamlining office and project administration processesMaintain strong communication with suppliers, contractors, and clientsContribute to the development of systems that support business growthSKILLS / EXPERIENCE:Minimum 5 years of experience in an accounts or office management role within the construction industryStrong financial acumen with hands-on experience in payroll, invoicing, and reconciliationProficiency in accounting software (MYOB, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilitiesEffective communication skills and a collaborative approach to workAbility to work independently and as part of a small teamReliability, punctuality, and flexibilityWHAT YOU'LL GET:$100-120k + superPermanent role within a supportive and professional teamOpportunities to grow with a business that values development and contributionTO APPLY:To express your interest, please apply with an up-to-date resume and cover letter in Word format.
