Be part of something bigger at Suncorp.Brisbane, Sydney, Adelaide, or Melbourne locationAbout the role:The role of Consumer Portfolio Leader is to identify opportunities and drive change across the product portfolio.What you'll do:Analyse the portfolio performance across all channels to identify opportunities to optimise portfolio profit and loss performanceEvaluate the performance of product/pricing/marketing/claims initiatives to determine impact and recommend appropriate solutionsConduct regular investigation of the portfolio data to highlight segmentation trends and develop appropriate solutions.Lead and develop others' ability to draw insights and connect underlying story to the dataActively motivate, develop, coach and engage team members to drive results and create a high performing teamProduce consumer portfolio information and analysis servicing both internal and external stakeholders such as Regulators, Reinsurers and the ATO.What you'll bring:Entrepreneurial mindset and customer centric approachAbility to initiate and manage changesKnowledge of key financial processes and performance metricsA passion for people development and leadershipInsurance product knowledge preferred.Culture:Working as part of the Suncorp Group you will have access to an unparalleled range of job opportunities across insurance, banking, and corporate services.
