The Build to Rent model offered by this progressive business enable residents the stability of rent and certainty of tenure.Key Responsibilities:Reporting to the General Manager of BTR, the primary purpose of the Senior Leasing Manager - BTR includes:LeasingMaintain a comprehensive understanding of apartment availability, current residents, lease expiration schedules, and available amenities.Collaborate with property owners to execute strategic leasing initiatives, optimising rental income.Conduct property tours, open houses, and private inspections for potential, tenants, offering solutions, advice, and adhering to brand standards.Resident and Property ManagementConduct regular in-person property inspections, taking necessary actions to ensure that the property, grounds, buildings, and amenities meet established standards. Prepare inventory and condition reports.Leasing & MarketingSupport the marketing team in implementing and executing leasing and marketing strategies that are both predictable and scalable, aiming to enhance resident value and advocacy while meeting occupancy and revenue targets for the properties.About you:You will be a strong negotiator who is able to manage relationships effectively, posses strong leadership skills and be a people person. You must be able to work collaboratively and think strategically.Agents Representative or Full Real Estate license (Victoria).A minimum of 5 years' experience working in real estate property management across leasing or sales.In-depth understanding of relevant legislation in property management, including the Residential Tenancies Act.Proven record leasing apartments from a standing start.Leading a team and running a successful property operations business to successfully maximise investment returns while creating a superior client experience.
