Client Side - Building Services Project ManagerAbout themOur client is a leader in providing independent advice across various sectors in property and construction.
With a focus on delivering sophisticated end-to-end project management services, they excel in business case analysis, project feasibility, leadership and strategy, team formation, governance, procurement, tendering, design, commissioning, completion, and post-occupancy evaluations.
Example projects include: Commercial buildingsBuilt-to-Rent and Build-to-Sell apartmentsSports and recreation facilitiesEducationDatacentresHospitals and healthcare projectsBiosciences and pharmaceutical buildingsAbout the roleOur client is looking for a Senior client-side Project Manager who will be reporting directly to Directors, with a competitive salary tailored to your experience and the opportunity to deliver a diverse range of projects in mission-critical sectors, including Health, Datacentres, Life Sciences, and Laboratories.
With a CBD location, you can be part of a growing consultancy with strong return clients and a strong pipeline.
This position is ideal for an experienced Senior Project Engineer or Senior Project Manager currently working in the commercial construction sector on projects above $300M.
As a Client-Side Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of Design and Construct projects.
Key responsibilities include: Lead and strategize the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.Collaborate with clients, contractors, and government bodies to provide comprehensive project management solutions.Formulate and execute project governance, establishing best-fit procurement models and innovative approaches for complex projects.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by applying lessons learned through post-occupancy evaluations.Ensure robust project team formation and alignment for effective collaboration and streamlined project execution.Is this for you?They are seeking a Building Services specialist with proven experience delivering complex projects, such as Hospitals, Pharmaceuticals, R&D facilities, or Datacentres.
