Client-side Project Manager vacancy for consulting PM firm, who require a new PM with significant Building Services experiences on complex projects.

As a Client-Side Project Manager, you will manage Design and Construct projects across their full lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design management and developmentSelecting and engaging consulting and engineering stakeholdersSelecting and managing the Head ContractorManaging and reporting on project progressHandling variations or progress claims submitted by the Head ContractorYour Next EmployerJoin a well-established and growing consulting PM firm in Melbourne with a flat management structure and ample opportunities for career growth.

You likely currently work for a head contractor or have done so in the past, holding titles such as "Building Services Manager," "Services Manager," "Project Manager," "Senior Contract Administrator," or "Senior Project Engineer." To be considered suitable for this role, you must:
Have a significant portfolio of completed projectsHave led and delivered a range of relevant building project types (Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, R&D, Datacentres, etc.
