Start date for this role is Wednesday 12th February 2025.
This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Adelaide or Brisbane office. What you'll do As a Customer Service Representative (Strata Specialist), you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:
Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and servicesHandling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needsAchieving sales and service targets set for Strata insuranceAddressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely mannerMaintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policiesWhat you'll bring

We are currently recruiting for full-time positions for the below shift options:

Work from home requirements As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly.
You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:
