Key responsibilities include:
Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that address customer pain pointsIdentifying customer needs and optimizing opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plansAbout the Requirements Successful sales track record in Medical Device/Pharmaceuticals or Allied Health backgroundExperience in Trauma, Sports Medicine, or Orthopaedics would be advantageousStrong team orientation, and a long-term, relationship-based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management, and prioritization skillsThe successful applicant MUST have rights to work in Australia and a valid Driver Licence.
