Use your knowledge and skills to play a vital role in helping individuals recover from injuries or illnesses, regain independence, and successfully reintegrate into society, including the workplace.
All levels of experience are welcomed and encouraged to apply Full-time and part-time positions are available.
Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Exercise Physiologists are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing: Deliver case management and coordinate rehabilitation services Identifying Return to Work (RTW) barriers and developing tailored rehabilitation programs accordingly Providing support for clients to help restore their functional performance, delivering a successful outcome and return to work.
To deliver vocational rehabilitation services clientele across varying schemes including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation; Comcare; Lifetime Care and CTP.
Pre-employment health and functional assessments (initial and ergonomic) Liaising and coordinating with various stakeholders, providing viable solutions and recommendations for clients Why this role: Salary above market ranging from $75,000 - $110,000 + Super Lucrative bonuses for Return to Work, Return to life & Productivity Outcomes Tailored career progression dependent on your skills, interests & experiences Exceptional administrative support & high quality technology Need transportation?
