STM Trucks & Machinery is a family owned & operated business that has been operating for almost 50 years.
We have 3 locations in Southwest Sydney, Wollongong & Canberra.
We provide new & used sales for commercial vehicles and construction equipment, along with service, spare parts and finance for a wide range of clients in transport, warehousing, construction, infrastructure, civil works, waste management and government bodies.
STM Trucks & Machinery (Daimler Trucks South Coast) is now the authorised dealer for Mercedes-Benz & Freightliner Trucks, and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Heavy Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our growing Unanderra branch.
The position is on a full-time basis with a competitive remuneration package.
To be successful, you will need to demonstrate the following attributes: Previous sales experience and achievements within the heavy vehicle industryDevelop and foster strong customer relationshipsMotivated and competitive; driven to achieveAbility to learn and acquire product knowledgeExcellent time management and organisation skillsGreat written and oral communication skillsA keen eye for the finer detailsProficiency in Excel, Outlook and WordHR/HC Truck Licence is requiredYour duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Develop a sales strategy and apply it to marketAttend and engage in sales and product training sessionsPerform customer vehicle demonstrationsProspecting of potential new and repeat sales opportunitiesMeet and maintain market share and sale volume KPI'sEngage in product marketing, trade expos, customer events etc.Diligence and organisation in maintaining CRM databaseWork in tandem with our business managers to ensure customers finance options and requirements are communicated and metIn return we offer: Long-term employmentProduct training and support providedGreat working environment with a collaborative and high achieving teamCompetitive remuneration including a salary, commission structure and a fully maintained company vehicleIf you feel you have the attributes to join our busy and growing Sales team, please submit your resume via the link below.
