Team Leader - The Orange DoorCroydon Location | Full-Time or 0.8 EFT | ASAP Start Tradewind Australia, a leading community services recruitment agency, is supporting the recruitment for an Aboriginal Identified Team Leader to join the Outer Eastern Metropolitan Area (OEMA) Orange Door team.
In this role, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary practitioners to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective responses to individuals and families seeking support.
What's On OfferSalary: SCHADS Level 6 ($106k-$111k + super + salary packaging)Full-time hours (open to 0.8 EFT for the right candidate)Start Date: ASAP
What We're Looking ForIdentified role: Applicants must identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait IslanderExperience as a caseworker in either family violence or child well-being sectorsLeadership experience in acting positions or senior practitioner rolesThe capacity to ensure compliance with Recommendation 209 What You'll DoLead and support a multidisciplinary team to deliver client-centered servicesEnsure safe, effective, and culturally informed practices are upheldProvide leadership, guidance, and decision-making supportThis is a meaningful opportunity to lead in the family violence and child well-being space while making a significant impact within the Aboriginal community.
