About the role:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Marketing Specialist to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end marketing campaigns with a focus on employer branding.
You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract top talent and enhance our employer brand.
What you will be doing:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to support talent acquisition efforts.Create engaging content for various channels, including social media, job boards, and our careers website.Produce video campaigns and work with third-party providers to create high-quality marketing materials.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with our employer branding strategy.Analyse campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition marketing.About you:Proven experience in end-to-end marketing campaign management.Preferably a background in employer branding.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.What's in it for you?Flexible working options: We know that work is only one part of your life, so we actively encourage a positive work-life balance and provide hybrid working options to help you achieve it.Office perks: Take advantage of our gym facility and fitness classes, free parking, BBQ area, mini-Coles supermarket, fooderie hub where you can sample new products before they hit the shelves, school holiday program and so much more when you come in.Discounts: Eligible team members receive 5% discount all year round on your Supermarket and Liquor online and in-store purchases.
