Provide case management to Children & young people in out of home care programsAccess salary packaging to increase take-home pay.Permanent, Full-time role, based in DandenongYour new roleAs a Case Manager - Out of Home Care, you are responsible for providing support to children and young people aged 0-18 years and their families in a foster care, kinship or kith care setting.In this role, you will provide direct case management to children and young people from a variety of out of home care programs and facilitate referrals to access appropriate support services where required.You will also provide further resourcing to our Foster Care team through carer recruitment and retention activities and may assist in supporting accreditation and assessment of foster carers.Benefits of working at UnitingOur work isn't easy, but it matters.
