As an Claims Case Managerat GROW, you will:Ensure claim work items are completed within agreed SLAs and communicate any potential SLA risks ahead of time for corrective action to take placeClaims Case Management: Accountable for accurate management of own claim portfolio, ensuring compliance with SLAs, and adherence to business rules, life code, SIS Act and super code regulations.Quality Assurance – Take ownership to maintain the highest level of quality for your claim work items and collaborate with your leader to address any identified quality gaps.Incident Management- Ensure incidents are reported within SLA timeframes to your leader and when requested assist with incident remediationStandard Operating Procedures (SOPs)- Provide subject matter expert (SME) input for SOPs and ensure all SOP actions are completed within agreed timeframes.Complaint management – When requested, provide support in complaint management activities with internal and external stakeholders related to Insurance Claims and RG271Additional InformationWhy you'll love working at GROWBirthday Leave - Take an extra day off per year on your birthdayWeekly Pay Cycle - No more waiting for PayDayHybrid Work Arrangement - We have a true hybrid arrangementExciting Discounts - Think movie tickets, gift cards & even electronicsLooking for a job can be stressful and we don't want you agonising over the wording of your cover letter, so don't include one.
