With $1.5 billion in purchases, they are a retail leader who leads the way in delivering food services to its diverse customer base.
This is a newly created role that requires a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial spark.The roleWorking closely with the Executive Team, this is a key position that will work closely with both customers and suppliers.
Specific outcomes will include:Develop and implement category strategies to achieve sales and income targetsAnalyse trends and identify new opportunities within assigned categoriesCreate category plansNegotiate supplier terms and rebatesAnalyse and prepare reports for management and membersBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholdersAbout youExperience working within a large retail environment would be advantageous as are relevant qualifications.
