We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Strategic Planner to join our high-performing product team.
As a Marketer at swipejobs, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our marketing efforts are aligned with our business goals and resonate with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to support business growth and market expansion Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitive data to inform marketing strategies Collaborate with creative, digital, and content teams to execute campaigns across multiple channels (social, digital, email, etc) Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using data to optimise and improve performance Support brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all channels Present insights and recommendations to senior management Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing strategy, brand planning, or digital marketing, preferably in tech or recruitment sectors Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of digital marketing channels and tools Exceptional communication and presentation skills Ability to generate innovative ideas and strategic solutions to meet marketing objectives Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including creative, digital, and sales teams Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Why swipejobs:
