Childcare & Outside School Hours Care (Education & Training)Leaping Learners is excited to offer the role of full-time Centre Director at our Camden centre, located in the very heart of Camden. We are an approved 84-place child care centre, catering for children aged 0-6 years.We are looking for someone who has experience as a Director and who is passionate, organised, a confident and supportive leader with excellent communication skills, and willing to work on a full-time basis.As the Director, you would be responsible for the day-to-day management of the service, including staffing, compliance, quality improvement, administrative tasks, conducting centre tours, and enrolling new families.Ideally, we would love our Director to be an ECT with an Early Childhood Degree or studying this, but we are also open to those who have a Child Care Diploma qualification.Knowledge of Qikkids software, Storypark, and Deputy will be a bonus, but if you are a quick learner, we are happy to support you in learning these if you haven't used them before.At Leaping Learners, we offer negotiable wages, a staff discount on child care, great incentives/rewards, and mentoring/support from our management team.If you are interested in this great opportunity, please email us your resume and a cover letter telling us a bit about yourself and what you could bring to this role.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have as a Nominated Supervisor?Do you have experience in administration?Do you have professional child care experience?
