Site Manager - Luxury Custom Home BuilderOur client is a luxurious, boutique custom home builder.
Building throughout Brisbane's inner city suburbs, they are all about giving the client something extra.
Their designers are able to create their clients' dream home and work with blocks of all different shapes and sizes, tackling what other builders cannot.
My client is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their established team of professionals.
You will have proven ability managing the construction of high-end luxury custom homes, 1-4 individual builds simultaneously, and deliver projects on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities, Qualifications & ExperienceDaily Site Management from commencement to handoverExtensive experience and the ability to read and work off detailed plansEnsure homes are built to quality standards and within a timely mannerCoordination of supplies and materialsManage on-site compliance with WHS practices, policies, and proceduresHigh level communicator, organized & attention to detailA customer focus, exceptional communication, and conflict resolution skillsTrade qualified, Carpentry preferredMinimum of 5+ years Supervisory experience with Custom Home BuildersThis is your opportunity to work in a friendly, family-type environment with an employer who has exceptional tenure with staff and provides pathways for career growth for all employees.
