As an Assurance Specialist at Goodstart, you'll take the lead in coordinating our internal Assurance Program, ensuring key controls are effective and risks are well-managed. Collaborate with passionate stakeholders, provide expert insights, and drive meaningful improvements that support our mission of creating better outcomes for children and families.Employment Type: Part Time (0.8 FTE)Are you detail-oriented and passionate about ensuring effective processes?As an Assurance Partner, you'll work with the Risk and Assurance Lead to coordinate and conduct Goodstart's internal Assurance Program, working closely with stakeholders to ensure key controls are designed and operating effectively.If you thrive on collaboration and making a tangible impact, this role is for youYour Impact:You'll play a vital role in enhancing Goodstart's internal control framework by operationalising our Assurance Program. You'll assess the effectiveness of key controls aligned with enterprise risks and business objectives. Collaborating with expert services, state leadership teams, and centres, you'll identify, document, and test controls to ensure compliance and manage risks effectively. Through desktop reviews and stakeholder enquiries, you'll provide evidence-based recommendations to optimise our controls and frameworks.
