Full time Executive Director Service Delivery North With five Ministers and eleven portfolios, the Department of Communities (Communities) is responsible for delivering a diverse range of vital policies, programs, and services that improve the wellbeing of people, families, and communities across Western Australia.

The Opportunity As Executive Director Service Delivery (North), you will be responsible for delivering place-based, person-centred, culturally appropriate, and integrated services to individuals, families, and communities across the northern areas of metropolitan and regional locations within WA to be safe and to thrive.
You will provide strategic and operational leadership to a team of more than 600 FTE and administer a budget of more than $100 million to ensure appropriate services are provided to north metropolitan/regional areas.
You will play a critical role in leading, shaping, and delivering a connected, integrated, and contemporary human services system that supports individual, family, and community wellbeing and better life outcomes.
Operating in a large, complex, and high-risk environment, a key focus of this position is strategic change in child protection delivery areas, managing the implementation of programs and projects that will deliver essential services in the most effective, efficient, and timely manner.
This role is integral in directing and supporting all strategic and operational matters relating to child protection and early intervention.
